Raymond Forbes, our broker of record and the founder of Forbes Realty, Inc. is a World War II veteran with almost 30 years of real estate experience. He specializes in commercial real estate, and is actively involved in several local commercial real estate groups. He has literally hundreds of hours of training, including the GRI and CRB distinctions, and is a CCIM and CDSP candidate. Mr. Forbes was elected President of the Exchangor Group of SW FL in 1995, and was named the area manager for HUD from 1991-1999.

Chad Osborne is our general manager and handles all of the day to day business operations of our growing office. He has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2003 and is a multi-million dollar producer. He began his real estate career as an inspector for one of the nation's largest land acquisition firms, giving him first hand knowledge and expertise in selecting the best properties for a particular purpose. Chad has also sold home for multiple builders and has supervised many construction projects. He has owned and managed several successful sales businesses and, as a certified Microsoft system builder, is our resident technology expert and network administrator. He is married to Aprile and resides in Florida.

Phil Romanow
Phil moved with his mom to Florida as a child, telling him, as she so colorfully put it, "trust me, son, in Florida you don't have to shovel sunshine." He attended the Lee County public schools and spent 10 years in the United States Naval Submarine Service. Phil is married with two children and three grandchildren. He and his wife have been serving in the housing industry in Southwest Florida since 1998, providing mortgage financing and real estate sales for residential and commercial properties. The crossing was a critical element to allow the interconnection of international fiber optic cables to cross Panama connecting cables in the Atlantic Ocean with those in the Pacific Ocean. It was during his international assignments where John refined his skills in the art of Negotiation.
Upon completion of his assignment in Panama John returned to Florida in 2001 and obtained his Real Estate license where he began to integrate his International experience, negotiation skills, team building skills with His knowledge of the area having been a resident for 37 years. John's experience has allowed him to put together a team of real estate and financing professionals and together with his international contacts he is dedicated to Bridge the National and international funding needs for homes and Investment projects in South west Florida .
