Forbes Realty is firmly committed to bringing both buyers and sellers the best overall real estate experience. We believe we have assembled a group of some of the most talented and capable agents to accomplish that goal.  We sell to sell again and treat every client the same, whether they are purchasing a small starter home or a shopping center.

Forbes Realty, Inc was founded by Raymond and Joyce Forbes in 1983 and began as a commercial brokerage firm. After a string of successful years in the commercial real estate field, the Forbes family expanded into residential real estate. 

In 1991, Forbes Realty was awarded the HUD management contract for southwest Florida. We have maintained that relationship by being responsive to HUD officials and by delivering world-class professional real estate services to our clients.

Through the years, the company has experienced steady growth. In 2003 we added an on-site mortgage broker to further help our clients navigate the sometimes complicated world of property ownership.

Mr. Forbes is now semi-retired, but continues to be an active broker and serves as a mentor to the growing number of brokers and REALTORS that are a part of Forbes Realty today.

Available Facilities
Ever expanding, we have once again moved to a larger facility. We now have a beautiful commercial office suite just one block off of US Hwy 41 in Fort Myers, FL. It encompasses over 3,000 sq. ft. and includes a conference/presentation room and offices to house more than 50 agents.
