Since becoming a realtor in 2002, she has done well over $100 million in business, including sales of more than 300 homes in 2004 alone, when she was #2 in new home sales for the entire state of Florida. She is one of the most requested real estate seminar and teaching speakers in the nation and has a current global client base of over 350. Sales runs in the family...her father is a retired car dealer of over 53 years, and she has two uncles in real estate, one of whom is one of the largest commercial and residential developers in SW Florida. Aprile is married with 4 children and resides in Tennessee. |

Chad has been a licensed Florida Realtor since 2003 and has over $10 million in sales. He began his real estate career as an inspector for one of the nation’s largest land acquisition firms, giving him first hand knowledge and expertise in selecting the best properties for a particular purpose. He has owned and managed several successful sales businesses and, as a certified Microsoft system builder, is our resident technology expert and network administrator. Chad is also our webmaster. He is married to Aprile and resides in Tennessee. |
